The Viceroy in JVC is set for completion in 2018

Viceroy Dubai site which was hit by fire is set for Summer 2018 completion

China State Construction Engineering Corporation’s Middle East unit and it's building developer Skai Holding is working hard to get the Viceroy Jumeirah Village Dubai project at Jumeirah Village Circle back on track following last year's fire, according to its Middle East chairman.

The 60-storey tower project which houses 254 apartments and 247 hotel rooms  – most of which will have private pools – was scheduled for completion in 2017, but was now targeting an opening next year.
